KFI has GSA Contract No. GS-21F-0094V for the full array of energy services including commissioning and energy audits and is available to you through Schedule 03FAC, Facilities Maintenance and Management, for SINs 871-202 through 871-210 .

KFI also has been awarded the Comprehensive Professional Energy Series , Blanket Purchase Agreement (CPES BPA) GSA Contract No. GS-23F-PE021 for GSA regions #5, 6, 8 (Great Lakes, Heartland, Rocky Mountain ).
The scope of this BPA includes the range of services and solutions for the Government to satisfy the requirements of the Recovery Act, EISA, and Executive Orders 13423 and 13514, and their successors, for energy reduction and water conservation. Federal Supply Schedule BPAs eliminate contracting and open market costs.
