Karges-Faulconbridge, Inc., an industry leading Mechanical and Electrical engineering firm, seeks a self-directed marketing professional to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with technical staff to strategize responses to RFPs/RFQs and prepare high-quality proposals and presentations.
• With limited supervision, organize and coordinate all elements of marketing infrastructure, including marketing collateral, standardized proposal content, resumes and project descriptions.
• Plan, conduct and coordinate a range of marketing support activities, such as trade show attendance, social events, awards submissions and presentations.
• Assist in development of client relationships; initiate and arrange meetings with potential clients and technical staff.
• Help maintain the company website.
• Initiate media opportunities, including interviews, press releases and feature stories

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing activities requiring independent judgment and selection and adaptation of standard techniques.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to balance short-term deadlines against long-term goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt to different communication styles.
• Keen editing ability supported by basic graphics capabilities.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proficiency in graphics software such as Adobe Photoshop, In Design, etc. preferred.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and manage multiple demands.
• Conscientious and flexible, with a strong work ethic and team-player attitude.
• Ability to guide others in the firm on the appropriate use of available marketing tools and systems.
• Ability to manage expectations of demanding technical staff.
• Experience with Deltek Vision a plus.
